Opened or Damaged Products:

  • We cannot accept the exchange or return of opened or used items once sold or delivered.

Post-Delivery Damages:

  • We hold no responsibility for any damage incurred after successful delivery.

Damaged Product Replacement:

  • If you receive a damaged product, we'll initiate a replacement if informed within 24 hours of delivery, with video proof of the unboxing.
